Job summary

Pennard Vets in Tonbridge, UK, is seeking a Senior Vet to lead clinically at our one-off hospital branch. The role offers a clear progression path and a chance to shape how the practice runs with your own ideas.

You will work a 4-day week with a managed rota including Saturdays, enjoy substantial CPD and strong team support, with autonomy to pursue innovative care and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Senior veterinary role requiring clinical leadership and progression path.

• Experience with dental radiography and diagnostic imaging is advantageous.

• Salary: £50k – £65k per annum
• Contract: Permanent
• Working hours: 40 hours per week. Including a rota of Saturdays
• Location: Tonbridge, TN9
• Closing Date: 30 August 2026, midday

We’re after a Senior Vet to lead clinically in our Tonbridge location (one off-hospital branch); someone who wants to set the bar, bring their own ideas and see them come to life. This is not your typical senior vet role; come with a plan and you will get a say in how the practice runs with a progression path to more.
