Job summary

Princess Cruise Line is seeking a Senior Ship Superintendent to oversee the technical operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of assigned vessels. You will manage repair and maintenance budgets, coordinate dry-dock projects, and ensure timely certifications, while serving as the primary shore-side contact for technical issues.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year engineering degree, 7–10 years of progressive shipboard experience, and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of shipboard leadership experience.
• Proven track record in dry-dock planning and budget oversight.
• Strong knowledge of AMOS, vessel maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical operations, maintenance, and certification renewals.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for assigned vessels.
• Lead cross-functional teams across shore and shipboard.
• Coordinate dry-dock projects and vendor evaluations.
• Ensure environmental and safety standards are met.
