Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer to join its Legal team. The role focuses on supporting the Veritas eDiscovery Platform in government-related accounts, with responsibilities across configuration, maintenance, and incident response.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Windows Server environments, scripting in PowerShell or VBScript, and the ability to work under pressure while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) engineering.
• Ability to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot complex eDP environments.
• Experience supporting government or defense-related projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the Veritas eDiscovery Platform.
• Record change requests and manage storage migrations and decommission tasks.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 escalation for outages and coordinate vendor support.
