Entegris, Inc. seeks a Senior Principal for Corporate Ventures to drive the venture investment process across mid-stage startups and to manage a diverse investment portfolio.

You will collaborate with Technology Innovation, ER&D, and Business Development to identify opportunities in semiconductor and electronics markets. The role requires 12–15 years in high-tech or finance, 3+ years in VC or PE, and strong financial modeling, analytics, and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in technology/chemistry fields with MBA or equivalent business degree.
• 12–15 years in high-tech, business development, or finance.
• 3+ years in corporate strategy, investment banking, PE, or venture capital.
• Experience in corporate venture capital and M&A is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute venture sourcing strategies across semiconductor and electronics markets.
• Lead value-creating partnerships and manage a portfolio of startup investments.
• Prepare pitches and present to the Ventures Investment Committee.
• Provide strategic leadership to mature the Corporate Ventures organization.
