GIC is seeking a highly motivated venture capital lawyer to join the Legal Division. The successful candidate will initially work in our New York office before relocating to San Francisco, supporting the Technology Investment Group and collaborating with international law firms.

You should hold a law degree with strong academic results and have 3-5 years post-qualification experience in venture capital, emerging companies, startup financing, private equity, or investment funds, and be licensed

• Contribute to LCD teamwork and collaborate on global initiatives.
