The role leads a team of vendor risk professionals, guiding risk assessments, remediation, and governance across technology, HR, and finance engagements. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of cloud services, software outsourcing, AI capabilities, and global/offshore provider management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees/certifications desirable.
• 8+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years in management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop vendor risk teams and drive governance across third-party engagements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risk for essential bank products/services; mitigate risk, improve vendor performance, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interface with critical vendors, staff, and executives to define needs and provide risk solutions for complex services.
• Lead projects to increase program efficiencies and drive remediation across vendor risk management.
• Collaborate with management to challenge and advance risk management practices; oversee new and existing contract compliance.
