Job summary

Amazon Canada Fashion is seeking a Senior Apparel Category Manager to own the apparel essentials P&L. You will manage high-volume vendor relationships, negotiate terms at scale, and develop growth strategies for brands used by millions of customers.

Own the category's revenue, margin, in-stock, and investment targets, collaborating with merchandising, marketing, operations, and finance to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
• Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience managing P&L and large vendor accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the apparel essentials category P&L, including revenue, margin, in-stock, and vendor investment targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with large-scale apparel vendors through joint business planning, terms negotiation, and promotional strategy.
• Negotiate commercial terms with established brand partners to drive mutual growth.
• Develop and execute category strategy leveraging data on customer demand, pricing elasticity, competitive positioning, and selection completeness.
