Qualifications

• 8+ years drafting and negotiating commercial, technology, or outsourcing contracts.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Ability to make timely decisions and elevate issues as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and management.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and close significant vendor agreements (MSA, SOW, SaaS).
• Collaborate with sourcing and procurement to negotiate vendor transactions.
• Deliver first-pass markups and issue lists within turnaround times using AI tools.
• Coordinate Privacy, Information Security, Third-Party Risk, and Procurement reviews.
• Partner with Legal Operations and IT to drive process improvements and automation.
