Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a similar field required.
• Strong understanding of the industry, vehicle upfitting processes, tools, materials, and best practices in a production environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience with hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations and modifications on commercial vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and structural upfits.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during the installation or modification process.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets company and customer standards for quality and functionality.

Skills

Advanced 12v electrical skills

Quality control and inspection skills

5+ years of welding and fabricating experience

Strong understanding of vehicle upfitting processes

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Education

Degree/Certificate in Automotive Field or related field
