Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical/Mechanical/Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years automotive manufacturing experience.
• Experience with vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, or validation.
• Proficiency with CANalyzer or similar tools.
• Hands-on testing and QA in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical investigation and resolution of vehicle electrical and manufacturing systems issues.
• Support electrical integration and validation to meet engineering requirements and targets.
• Develop and improve end-of-line (EOL) testing and diagnostics with Vehicle Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Perform electrical diagnostics using CANalyzer, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and coordinate actions with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance to engineers and technicians on diagnostics and testing.
• Support manufacturing launches and production readiness with risk identification and timely resolution.
• Analyze results to identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.
• Maintain documentation of diagnostics, tests, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Vehicle Engineering and others to meet objectives.
