Job summary

Bronwick LLC is seeking a Technician III to perform maintenance on company assets and assist with overhauls, replacements, and diagnostics across electrical, hydraulic and computer systems. The role covers both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and responds to service and road calls.

Core duties include failure analysis, diagnostics with proprietary software, and timely component replacements such as turbos, EGR parts, and drive-line items. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or technician roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to explain troubleshooting steps for hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Read labels, safety warnings, and guidance documents.
• Basic computer skills to document daily work and updates.
• Attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis and report findings to maintenance management.
• Use hydraulic pressure gauges to diagnose faults in hydraulic systems.
• Utilize engine diagnostic software to identify failed components.
• Replace complex components such as turbos, EGR parts, fuel components, differentials, transmissions, air compressors.
• Assist in training junior technicians as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections with timely follow-up repairs.
• Participate in root cause analysis and safety reviews.
• Wear PPE and comply with safety policies.
