Responsibilities

• Manage backup systems and troubleshoot failed jobs.
• Monitor backup jobs and alerts to ensure validity and frequency.
• Maintain and update disaster recovery plans and BC documents.
• Analyze enterprise systems to determine risks and DR best practices.
• Schedule and conduct backup and DR plan testing regularly.
• Ensure compliance with security and change-management policies.
• Set up and configure Veeam on servers/clients and optimize schedules.
• Interface with vendors for issue escalation.
