Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Services Engineer to modernize and optimize the Digital Workplace environment. You will own end-to-end design, deployment, and support of EUC platforms, including Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365, ensuring secure, scalable, and high‑quality user experiences across DTCC’s enterprise.

Qualifications

6+ years of related infrastructure experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as third-level technical support for day-to-day activities and ensure the integrity of VDI environments.
Act as SME in Microsoft Azure Services, Windows 365, AVD and Microsoft Entra.
Support implementation of new systems, upgrades and modifications, including planning, testing and change management.
Minimize service interruptions by identifying and resolving problems and optimizing performance.
Leverage automation and scripting to standardize and scale workflows across the Digital Workplace infrastructure.
Deploy, configure, and maintain IGEL OS platform and endpoint management with automated updates.
Provide routine system analysis, reporting metrics, proactive/predictive analysis, and incident/problem resolution.
Coordinate with vendors and departments; provide training to Help Desk and Operations staff.
Support 24/7 on-call rotation and align risk/control processes in daily operations.
