Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Engineer for their Advanced Manufacturing Group. This position is site-based, preferably near a Jacobs office in the U.S. The successful candidate will manage VDC/BIM leadership and digital delivery in projects.

Applicants should have over 7 years of experience in VDC/BIM and a strong understanding of BIM technologies. The role offers competitive compensation with a salary range between $111,100 to $145,725 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in VDC/BIM roles within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of BIM technologies and their application in manufacturing environments.
• Experience developing and implementing BIM execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide VDC management and leadership by aligning technologies.
• Lead the creation of BIM Execution Plans for EPCM.
• Manage the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
