VIATechnik is seeking a Senior VDC Engineer in a hybrid NY role. You’ll lead digital delivery from design through construction, coordinating BIM workstreams and client advisory services across complex projects.

You’ll influence workflows, mentor teams, and push AI-enabled approaches to improve constructability and outcomes. This client-facing position requires 1–2 days on site per week and US work authorization.

Compensation and featured benefits:

• The pay for this position is $100,000 – $110,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
• Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
• Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
