Job summary

VIATechnik is seeking a VDC Engineer who champions BIM coordination across complex projects, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP models. You will manage clash detection, ensure constructibility, and translate coordination into business insights for clients.

You will lead digital delivery initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to advanced BIM workflows and AI-supported ideas. Hybrid work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating BIM/VDC on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and Civil3D.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive digital delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM & VDC coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Run clash detection, facilitate resolution discussions, ensure constructible models.
• Present digital deliverables to clients and translate coordination into business insights.
• Identify process improvements in BIM/VDC workflows and implement them.
• Collaborate with internal and external delivery teams to align risks and milestones.
