Qualifications

• 12+ years of paid VB.NET application development experience.
• Experience debugging existing applications, documenting code changes, upgrading and configuring code, and collaborating with development teams.
• Strong knowledge of software testing, including system integration and regression testing.
• Minimum of 2 years of paid project experience in: Pension Administration solution development and optimization, .NET Framework batch development and optimization, State of West Virginia DPAS solution, Multifactor authentication and identity management implementation.

Responsibilities
