My3Tech seeks an experienced Senior Application Developer to lead VB.NET based enterprise solutions, focusing on Pension Administration systems. You will debug, maintain, and optimize complex applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to upgrade and enhance existing software.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in VB.NET, strong .NET ecosystem skills, SQL Server, SSRS, and InRules, plus a proven track record delivering reliable government and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

12+ years of hands-on VB.NET development and support experience.
Experience debugging and troubleshooting with Visual Studio.
Document code changes throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate to upgrade and enhance existing VB.NET applications.
Experience with pension administration systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and optimize VB.NET enterprise applications.
Debug, troubleshoot and fix issues across the stack.
Document enhancements and fixes for audit trails.
Collaborate with teams to upgrade and configure applications.
Perform system and regression testing to verify changes.
Support performance optimization and ongoing improvements.
