Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RVT/ARDMS certification on hire or equivalent.
• ARRT certification on hire; American Heart Association BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic vascular ultrasound studies.
• Conducts noninvasive ultrasound techniques for vascular diagnosis.
• Reviews test images for quality and coverage.
• Explains findings to physicians and nursing staff, reports abnormalities.
• Develops quality assurance programs for equipment calibration/maintenance.
