Job summary

McKenzie Medical Group Vascular Surgery is seeking an experienced vascular ultrasound technologist to oversee imaging operations. You will train staff, ensure QA, and work with surgeons and clinicians to support patient care.

This role requires a BS in vascular imaging, ARDMS/CCI certification, BLS, and OBMI licensure by hire, with on-site responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a vascular ultrasound tech.
• Proficient in vascular imaging quality assurance and protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills with physicians, patients and staff.
• Familiar with accreditation processes and vendor management.
• Capable of operating, maintaining and troubleshooting imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees vascular imaging daily operations and QA standards.
• Collaborates with vascular surgeons, clinicians and admin teams.
• Trains staff and oversees imaging procedures and data tracking.
• Manages accreditation of the vascular program and equipment vendors.
• Monitors supplies and inventory for imaging department.
• Performs routine and urgent diagnostic imaging studies and archives results.
