• Prepare VI work plans, reports, and proposals; review team deliverables.
• Oversee pilot studies, design of remediation systems, and contractor coordination.
• Support growth through business development and client relationships.
• Mentor staff on VI sampling, data review, and project performance.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
