• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting or value creation.
• Experience leading value creation, business transformation, or EBITDA programs.
• Ability to present financial analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Proven capability to manage multi-workstream initiatives and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead value creation engagements across private equity clients and portfolio companies.
• Develop value creation playbooks and financial performance management frameworks.
• Identify and execute EBITDA enhancement opportunities across ops, finance, and commercial.
• Oversee governance, planning, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Mentor Managers and Consultants, delivering coaching and feedback.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationship expansion.
