Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor to join the Value Based Care Program Strategy and Operations team. You will contribute to innovation-based goals through new reimbursement models, care redesign, payer/provider engagement and market opportunities.

You will analyze strategies, support product and market offer development, and present insights to senior leadership. The role requires 5+ years in related fields and a degree; hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree; 5+ years of experience in related fields.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
• Bonus points for demonstrated Value-Based Care experience (ACOs, bundled payments, shared savings).
• Ability to translate clinical, financial, and operational data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and implement healthcare redesign, provider reimbursement and partnership strategies to meet growth objectives.
• Collaborate on strategic planning, complex financial/qualitative analysis, and thought leadership.
• Present strategic concepts and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
