Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Senior Valuation Analyst to prepare market value appraisals on real estate assets within the Valuation function.

You will assist management with appraisal reports, conduct market discussions and research, and develop written market value reports under senior staff guidance, inspecting land, property, and business values as needed.

Qualifications

• Research the market area and report current transactions and how they compare to the subject property.
• Compare based on sales of comparable properties.
• Track past revenue and expense performance and project stabilized operating statements.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
