Job summary

CBRE seeks a VAS Associate to prepare market value appraisals and timely reports. You will enter data into the property database, take photos of subjects and comparables, and drive the neighborhood for research. You will confirm data and engage market participants as needed.

Minimum two years in Commercial Real Estate Appraisal with strong communication and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree required; ROW experience and state license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Two plus years of related experience in Commercial Real Estate Appraising.
• State Certification (Certified General Appraisal License) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market value reports with minimal guidance from a senior appraiser.
• Analyze simple income properties and write market-based conclusions.
• Use Argus and third-party data to support appraisal reports.
• Enter data into property databases and photograph subject properties.
