Job summary

Cytiva in Marlborough, MA, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Validation Services to shape a global services portfolio. You’ll translate customer, market, technical, and financial evidence into strategy, differentiated offers, and commercial actions within the Filtration portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, own business cases, and manage lifecycle decisions to maximize value and customer outcomes across Cytiva Filtration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or adjacent commercial roles, including at least 7 years with direct product-management accountability for strategy, lifecycle management, commercialization, and business performance.
• Experience leading product-line or portfolio strategy and lifecycle management for complex technical products or services, including opportunity assessment, roadmap development, commercialization, optimization, and retirement.
• Experience developing business cases, forecasts, value propositions, and pricing or packaging recommendations using revenue, margin, cost-to-serve, capacity, or resource trade-off analysis.
• Experience leading global cross-functional initiatives with commercial, technical, operational, finance, and quality stakeholders in a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Generate and lead voice-of-customer research, workflow observation, win/loss analysis, usage analysis, and market assessment across regions.
• Develop the roadmap and prioritize opportunities; invest, test, scale, maintain, partner, defer, or retire offerings for high-value needs.
• Define value propositions, service packages, positioning, launch plans, and tools that drive adoption across the Filtration portfolio.
• Develop forecasts and recommendations for pricing, packaging, and discounts while evaluating value, revenue, margin, cost-to-serve, and capacity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and performance measures using DBS/Lean methods.
