• Pharmaceutical industry experience required; strong understanding of validation processes and FDA/cGMP requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of Validation Engineers to qualify equipment and processes at Perrigo New York facility.
• Determine validation requirements for complex operational issues and drive compliant solutions.
• Design, develop, and coordinate validation projects; author technical documents; guide cross-functional teams.
