Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in a scientific field with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in pharma.
• Experience in Validation, Quality, or Operations.
• Thorough understanding of FDA and cGMP requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Validation team and manage qualification and validation activities for manufacturing and packaging equipment and processes.
• Determine validation requirements for complex operational issues.
• Develop, write and coordinate technical documents; lead problem solving to achieve goals.
• Lead cross-functional departments to drive compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide audit and Agency inspection reports related to validation requirements and activities.
