Job summary

Sportech, a growing manufacturer in Elk River, MN, is seeking a skilled Vac Former operator to join our production team. Under limited supervision, you’ll operate the vac former to produce roofs, doors and other plastic components while prioritizing safety and quality.

You will read blueprints, set up machines, and collaborate with technicians to meet daily output targets. PTO and overtime eligibility apply; the position offers growth through Sportech Learning Academy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years machine experience and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience running a vac former and reading blueprints.
• Able to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate vac former machinery safely.
• Set up operations and maintain quality.
• Assist in running CNC machines as needed.
• Maintain lean manufacturing and housekeeping.
