Job summary

HII Unmanned Systems within Mission Technologies seeks a Senior R300 CTO/ETO Enterprise Technical Lead to guide cross-functional engineering teams. You will oversee design, development, testing, delivery, and support of complex UxS products, ensuring alignment with program goals and budget.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor's in related field; 6 years with Master's; or 12 years with HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team in design, development, test, delivery, and support of products.
• Align designs with program vision, manage technical baseline, and monitor schedule and budget.
• Mentor engineering staff and act as technical escalation point throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide input on development plans, documentation, and customer-facing technical briefings.
