Job summary

LIBERTY ALLIANCE LLC seeks a UxS Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Bay St. Louis, MS to lead operational evaluation of unmanned systems and SOF technologies. You will develop evaluation criteria, observe performance, and mentor teams across joint environments, delivering actionable insights for senior leaders.

The role requires extensive SOF background, ability to secure TS/SCI, and strong communication. Onsite work with travel to CONUS/OCONUS may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of operational SOF experience, including 4 years in an operational combat role.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• Familiarity with C4ISR, unmanned systems, communications, and mission support tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership briefs.
• Experience advising senior leaders and program managers.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational assessments of new technologies during TE events and evaluations.
• Develop evaluation criteria, observe performance, document findings.
• Plan with JATF and USSOCOM; align technologies with SOF concepts of operations.
• Advise leaders on risks and follow-on development opportunities.
• Produce after-action reports and mission assessments.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to enhance SOF readiness.
• Support Liberty Alliance values through duties.
