Job summary

Liberty Alliance, LLC is seeking a UxS Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bay St. Louis, MS. This full-time, onsite role provides advanced operational and technical expertise to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies for SOF missions.

You will lead testing, planning, and reporting from TE events to after-action analyses, advising senior leaders and program managers on risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational experience within U.S. SOF, including at least 4 years in an operational combat role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/ SCI clearance.
• Familiarity with advanced military technologies, including C4ISR and unmanned systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to brief senior leaders and diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational assessments of new and emerging technologies during TE events, training exercises, and limited objective evaluations.
• Develop mission-relevant evaluation criteria, observe system performance, and document strengths, weaknesses, and mission applicability.
• Participate in planning sessions with JATF and USSOCOM stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and measures of effectiveness.
• Advise commanders, acquisition officers, and program managers on risks, applicability, and follow-on development opportunities.
• Produce detailed after-action reports, mission assessments, and BPA inputs to capture lessons learned.
• Deliver actionable recommendations that enhance SOF readiness, survivability, and operational effectiveness.
• Complete all other tasks to help drive Liberty Alliance’s Vision and mission.
