Job summary

Navigator Development Group Inc. in Fort Bragg, NC seeks an Autonomous Systems Instructor to lead curriculum development and delivery for SATB courses, training USSOF and interagency personnel in Multi Domain Operations and related technologies.

The role requires FAA Part 107, BUQ I & II, and deep knowledge of UAS missions and hardware/software maintenance, to ensure effective transfer of skills from classroom to field operations.

Qualifications

• Curriculum design experience aligned with force requirements.
• Ability to translate doctrine into actionable lesson content.
• Knowledge of UAS operations and associated systems.
• Experience updating training materials to reflect changes in doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Participate in curriculum design activities that are accurate, relevant, realistic, and synchronized with force requirements that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Incorporate institutional strategies to ensure required graduate skill levels transfer from the institutional environment to the operational environment.
• Update and rewrite lesson products as required by changes in doctrine and curriculum development with government-facing recommendations.
• Follow guidelines from DoD and USAJFKSWCS on curriculum development and training methods for SATB courses.
