Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing and building websites or digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing thoughtful, user-first solutions to complex challenges.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and advanced design principles.
• Experience in Agile software development.
• Experience designing or building AI-powered products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and development of web products and user experiences.
• Collaborate with teams to create high-performing landing pages.
• Evaluate design effectiveness through user feedback.
• Provide consultation and support for less experienced Engineers.

Skills

Designing user-first solutions

Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, CSS/Sass

Experience with Responsive Web Design

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or Figma

Agile software development

Experience using AI and LLMs
