Job summary

Rhoda AI is seeking a UX/UI Designer to shape the digital interfaces used by operators, stakeholders, and internal teams to interact with robots in real-world deployments. This foundational role establishes the design tone and processes for the company.

You will own the end-to-end design of interfaces, dashboards, and systems, collaborating with engineering, product, and operations to ensure deliverables are shippable and aligned with safety-critical requirements.

Qualifications

• A strong UX thinking with flows, journeys, and information hierarchy.
• Experience designing complex, real-time interfaces with data density.
• Ability to work with highly technical teams and ship designs.
• Proficiency with design tooling and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design UX and UI for human-machine interfaces operating robots in real-world deployments.
• Create fleet status and management dashboards showing real-time health, progress, and state across large robot deployments.
• Own the full design process from ideation, wireframes, interaction design, to high-fidelity visuals and handoff to development.
• Deliver design concepts and assets using Figma and Claude Design.
• Develop user journeys and flows for internal and external users, surfacing pain points and edge cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to ensure designs are technically grounded and shippable.
• Build and maintain a visual design system and standards for Rhoda's product design.
