Rhoda AI is seeking a UX/UI Designer to shape the digital interfaces used to operate and monitor robots in real-world deployments. You will own the design process from ideation to high-fidelity visuals and handoff, delivering interfaces that balance real-time data density with usability for operators and stakeholders.

You will design for complex, mission-critical environments, collaborating with engineering, product, and operations to ensure technically grounded, shippable designs.

Competenze

• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and high-caliber UI execution.
• 4+ years designing complex, real-time interfaces connected to physical hardware.
• Ability to move from rough sketches to precise handoffs.
• Strong visual design sense: typography, color, spacing, details.
• Ability to map multi-step user flows, edge cases, and safety-critical states.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tooling and pipelines.

Mansioni

• Design UX and UI for human-machine interfaces operating robots in real-world deployments.
• Create fleet status dashboards showing real-time health and task progress across large deployments.
• Own end-to-end design process from ideation to high-fidelity visuals and handoff.
• Produce concepts and assets using Figma and Claude Design.
