Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior UX UI Designer to lead user experience strategy and design across desktop and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with product and development teams, translate complex business needs into intuitive interfaces, and mentor junior designers. A strong portfolio and 2–5+ years in UX/UI are preferred; travel to client sites may be required.

Compensation ranges from $98,000 to $102,326.45 based on level and experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, intuitive UX/UI design.
Experience designing for mobile and responsive design; wireframes, mockups, and interactions.

Responsibilities

Defines and implements design criteria, guidelines and specs across desktop, web and mobile platforms.
Translates business needs into UX solutions for a complex organization.
Creates storyboards, wireframes, mockups and prototypes to guide development.
Develops production-ready front-end code using HTML5/CSS3.
