Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies LLC is seeking a UX designer to collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user problems into design solutions. You will design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile that align with product goals.

You will conduct user research, create scalable design systems and reusable components, participate in Agile ceremonies, present concepts to teams and clients, ensure WCAG accessibility, collaborate on

Qualifications

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user problems and translate them into effective design solutions.
Conduct user research activities such as interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile applications that align with product goals.
Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components that ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and design reviews to align design efforts with development timelines.
Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and client stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively.
Ensure all design work follows accessibility standards (WCAG) and promotes inclusive design practices.
Collaborate with developers during handoff and implementation, providing specs and ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
Continuously analyze user behavior, product metrics, and feedback to propose and implement design enhancements.
Stay updated with latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the design team to foster a culture of growth and improvement.
