About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI designer to join our Product team and lead design initiatives across the Fit:Match ecosystem. This role requires a fast-paced, iterative approach to creating user-centric solutions, with deliverables expected within hours, not days. The ideal candidate will independently conduct user research and testing, develop personas, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations. You will collaborate closely with the Head of 3D and Mobile Solutions and cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers to ensure alignment with project goals.

This role is fully remote. Preference is given to candidates willing to work EST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategy across product design for products within the Fit:Match ecosystem.
• Deliver fast - Quick iterations, follow-ups, and design recommendations (within hours, not days).
• Lead the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a team environment. Work with leadership in design planning and goal creation.
• Understand customer needs by independently conducting research, user testing, and establishing feedback loops.
• Develop personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and CX specs for engineers.
• Test designs with customers and iterate based on feedback.
• Partner with the Head of 3D and Mobile Solutions on product design elements.
• Communicate and manage processes and timelines for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Build strong working relationships and work collaboratively with product managers and developers.
• Interact with leadership to present designs and gather feedback.
• Communicate design recommendations clearly to team members and clients.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks with the Product Owner and development teams.
• Manage and mentor UX/UI Analysts on product design.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in UX/Product design with a strong portfolio.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality designs.
• Open to feedback and iterative refinement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at synthesizing feedback into effective designs.
• Able to handle tight deadlines and workload.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Experience with design tools like Figma.

Note: The estimated base salary range is $150,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
