Job summary

Rula is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to understand and improve the journey from considering mental healthcare to finding care and starting care. You will lead patient-focused research, identifying opportunities and framing questions to shape what we build, test, and prioritize.

This role sits in the User Research team and collaborates with Product, Design, Data/Analytics, and Marketing to ground decisions in rigorous insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX Research experience with qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches.
• Ability to partner with Product, Design, Data/Analytics, and other stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling to synthesize findings for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research studies focused on patient experience from discovery to first session.
• Frame ambiguous questions and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product decisions and directions.
• Own a longitudinal or ongoing trust/experience measurement program.
