Job summary

onX is seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher, Mixed Methods, with a passion for uncovering customer insights and turning research into product influence. You will span the full product lifecycle, combining generative, evaluative, and quantitative research to build a holistic view of our customers.

You’ll be the bridge between customer insights and product and business action. You’ll join the UX Research team to help decisions be grounded in how people explore outdoors with onX,

Qualifications

8 years of relevant experience including at least 5 years in UX/product/customer research
Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Proactive, strategic mindset with deep customer, product, and business understanding
Experience with AI and interest in evolving research practices

Responsibilities

Plan and run qualitative and quantitative research across the full product lifecycle
Build cross-functional partnerships to shape product strategy and priorities
Turn research into clear next steps and partner with Product, Design, Data Science, BI, and Marketing
Coach non-researchers and contribute to shared research standards and AI-enabled processes
