Qualifications

• Five years of experience in applied UX research or similar.
• Experience using diverse techniques (usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys).
• Relevant product research experience including end‑to‑end, usability, or generative work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct usability studies, field research and surveys across multiple products.
• Synthesize findings and present actionable insights to cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Designers, PMs, and Engineers to drive impact of research on product strategy.
• Translate complex user needs and business requirements into research plans and reports.
