Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a UX Researcher in Menlo Park, CA for a temporary contract role. You will partner with product, design, and data teams to identify user needs, evaluate concepts, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. This is a temporary assignment, not a full-time role.

You will plan and execute end-to-end UX research, develop study materials, analyze findings, and present them to stakeholders while supporting rapid research cycles for iterative development.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative research skills: designing, fielding, and analyzing large/complex surveys.
• Core UX research craft: method selection, translating findings into actionable product/design recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder influence: ability to present to leadership in a horizontal org.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Develop research plans, discussion guides, and study materials.
• Conduct analysis and synthesize findings into insights and recommendations, including AI tool usage.
• Present research findings to stakeholders in clear deliverables (readouts, reports, workshops).
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, and Data Science to inform product direction.
• Support rapid research cycles to inform iterative product development.
