Job summary

Google is seeking a UX Program Manager to lead end-to-end UX programs for the Agent Platform, coordinating across UX, product, and engineering to translate priorities into actionable plans and milestones.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a strong focus on user-centered design and quality across enterprise AI surfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience managing and scaling UX related programs.
• Experience with UX disciplines and user centered development tools and methodologies.
• Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to develop solutions.
• Experience with the velocity/productivity of teams, products, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the UX program for Agent Platform end to end with milestones and cadence.
• Coordinate UX, product, and engineering across cross-functional teams.
• Drive decisions to closure: gather requirements, tee up the right discussion and unblock progress.
• Track work to real, shipped outcomes across a matrixed organization and document what landed.
• Set the communication cadence that keeps design, product, and engineering stakeholders current on status, risks, and needs.
