Roundel, a Target-related team, seeks a Senior UX Product Designer for Emerging Experiences to translate guest insights into scalable experiences across channels. You will collaborate with product, engineering, brand, stores, and strategy to map journeys and prototype concepts from ideation to implementation.

You’ll lead service design artifacts, apply qualitative and quantitative data, and advocate inclusive, guest‑first design while delivering high‑quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in service design methods like journey mapping and blueprints.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and stores.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain design decisions.
• Committed to inclusive, accessible design.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX strategy and vision for multi-touchpoint guest experiences.
• Create service design artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, and storyboards to align teams and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and store operations partners to align on experience outcomes.
• Participate in design sprints and co-creation sessions to explore, prototype, and refine new concepts.
• Deliver design work across phases—from early journey concepts to mid-fidelity flows and wireframes.
• Apply both qualitative and quantitative data to understand guest needs and prioritize opportunities.
• Hold your work to a high standard of craft—considering accessibility, interaction patterns, information architecture, and brand alignment.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and guest-first thinking within your immediate team
