Flexion in Madison, WI seeks an experienced UX Designer to lead client projects, translating user needs into scalable interfaces within an agile team. You’ll drive discovery, prototyping, testing, and design systems, balancing strategy with pragmatic delivery.

Bring 8+ years of UX for clients, strong collaboration, and a track record of complex product outcomes. You’ll mentor teammates and champion user-centered design to improve usability and impact.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of UX design experience with clients.
• Two+ years of experience with agile Scrum methodologies.
• USWDS experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Track record of developing complex products, with user-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design activities on client projects and collaborate with other consultants.
• Iteratively evolve strategy and guidance to solve business problems.
• Facilitate continuous discovery with customers to identify opportunities.
• Facilitate design workshops and communicate designs, research, and requirements clearly.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on designs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive and analyze user feedback to improve usability and outcomes.
