Job summary

Google Cloud Learning Services is seeking a Senior UX Engineer to operate at the intersection of interaction design and software engineering, defining how learners interact with GenAI across Google Cloud and creating high-fidelity, production-ready prototypes.

Joining a multi-disciplinary UX team, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management, spin up testing environments, manipulate live APIs, and validate complex features such as streaming UI and dynamic feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.

You will be responsible for creating high-fidelity, production-ready prototypes that push the boundaries of AI-native learning experiences. Working with high autonomy, you will spin up separate testing environments, manipulate live APIs, and validate complex interactive features—such as streaming UI, conversational AI Learning Companions, and dynamic feedback loops to seamlessly bridge the gap between design and production execution.
