Job summary

Stat Sniper is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end UX across mobile, web, and content sites for a dense data-heavy betting app. You will create clear layouts from complex data and collaborate across platforms to deliver cohesive experiences.

You will refine the design system, craft high-fidelity prototypes, and ensure accessibility and RTL localization from the outset while working with Flutter and Next.js teams.

Job description

Design how bettors actually use the product. Stat Sniper is a dense, data-heavy app — live scores, odds, AI picks with confidence ratings, a prop tracker that grades every bet, and a social feed — used on a phone, often with a game on. You'll own the experience end to end across the mobile app, the web app, and the content site, and make a lot of numbers feel simple without hiding the ones that matter.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end UX for core flows: picks and predictions, live scores and odds, the prop tracker, and the social feed.
• Evolve the design system — tokens, components, and patterns — shared by the Flutter app and the Next.js site, and keep both in step with it.
• Turn dense sports and betting data into layouts people can read at a glance: tables, cards, charts, and live states.
• Run lightweight research and usability testing, and use product analytics to decide what to fix next.
• Ship high-fidelity prototypes and specs that engineers build from directly, then review the build until it matches.
• Design for every locale we ship, including right-to-left Arabic, and for accessibility from the first draft.

What we're looking for

• Senior-level product design experience with a portfolio of shipped mobile and web work, and the reasoning behind it.
• Expert Figma: components, variants, auto layout, and a design system you have built or maintained.
• Strong information design — you can make a data-dense screen calm without dropping the data.
• Interaction and motion design for real-time states: loading, live updates, empty, and error.
• Working knowledge of iOS and Android platform conventions, and of what is cheap or expensive to build.
• Clear written communication — this team runs on documents, and your rationale travels without you.

Nice to have

• You have designed for sports, betting, fintech, or another product where users make decisions on live numbers.
• Experience with localization at scale, including RTL layouts.
• Comfort reading Flutter or React code well enough to check a build against the spec yourself.
• A feel for social and community products — feeds, profiles, and what keeps them healthy.
