Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer to drive customer acquisition experiences for a Type 2 Medicare audience. The role focuses on responsive web design and involves collaboration with product managers, engineers, and designers in a fast-paced, Figma-based environment.

You will plan and conduct user research, present findings to leadership weekly, and ensure accessibility and quality in a regulated setting. This is a W2 remote role with comprehensive benefits and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Experience designing responsive web apps.
• Experience designing for native mobile apps is a plus.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry design experience preferred.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to justify design decisions with user research.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive web experiences for customer acquisition, with potential contributions to mobile web and embedded web in native apps.
• Plan, conduct, and translate user interviews and research into actionable design decisions.
• Present design work, research insights, and rationale to product leadership weekly.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define strategy and tactics.
• Advocate for patient, caregiver, and provider needs; improve internal tools for colleagues.
• Drive new design ideas and take ownership of initiatives across the product portfolio.
• Contribute to design culture with constructive feedback and respectful disagreement.
• Work in a fast, iterative Figma-based environment to research, design, test, and iterate.
