Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer for remote work aimed at creating customer acquisition experiences for a Type 2, non-insulin Medicare audience. The role emphasizes responsive web design, user research, and weekly leadership presentations within a regulated context emphasizing accessibility and quality.

The position requires strong collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams in a fast-paced, Figma-driven environment across web and mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong UX/UI design experience for responsive web apps.
• Experience designing for native iOS and Android is preferred.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to justify design decisions with research evidence.
• Portfolio demonstrating craft, accessibility, and edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive web experiences for customer acquisition, with potential contributions to mobile web and embedded web within native apps.
• Plan, conduct, and facilitate user interviews and research activities, translating findings into actionable design decisions.
• Present design work, research insights, and rationale to product leadership weekly.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define strategy and near-term tactics.
• Champion user needs across patient, caregiver, and healthcare provider experiences.
• Drive new design ideas and own initiatives impacting the product portfolio.
• Contribute to and influence design culture, welcoming feedback and respectful disagreement.
• Work in a Figma-based, rapid-iteration environment to research, design, test, and iterate.
